Rent-A-Center

The most unsatisfactory store and service experience I have ever encountered. I selected a sectional sofa, but I forgot to take a picture of it. I returned the next day to take a picture, but the couch was gone. Apparently, Nancy sold me a couch that was already sold. This was the first problem. I spoke with Katherine, who was excellent. She helped me find a new couch and set me up for delivery. However, on delivery day, they were short a helper and driver and were unable to deliver my furniture unless I helped. I was told I would receive a call back in an hour while they tried to find help. Twenty-five minutes passed, and I received a call saying they attempted to deliver my furniture, but no one was home. I called and asked why I was not notified as promised that they had a solution to the problem. The manager said, “Well, Mr. Stewart, I had the lady from the store ride with the delivery guy to help.” I stepped out to handle some business and was nowhere near my house. I never received a call, so I missed the delivery. I called back and was able to get a second attempt, as they claim they would wait for my family member to pull up and open the door. My family member pulled up, and they were unloading. They asked if they could unload, and I said no. My manager called the manager, and she stated that the next delivery date is Thursday. I told her that will not work for me. You can terminate my contract, refund me, but this is so unprofessional, and it has been problems since the beginning.i canceled all services and they issued a refund so today i received a call from Miriam stating my payment is late how is my payment late i have never took delivery of anything from you guys and i can canceled my contract

Took my money, then had me wait over two weeks for something they never had. Called the store to find out it’s been sitting there for a week no call, no checkup about my product. Then say they can’t deliver to my address- no communication at all. Nancy and Katherine are no help and will talk in circles, making no sense or knowledge about anything. DONT RENT FROM THIS PLACE

They are disrespectful especially Nancy ,Kathrine and the manager don’t rent to them they blocked my number they kept hanging up in my face and was arguing with me over something they did and I’m pregnant and they didn’t care I tried talking to the manager about what was happening and she hung up in my face too DONT RENT FROM HERE ALL THEY DO IS LIE AND THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL

Robert and Josh went above and beyond to get my furniture in. They were so nice and patient..epitome of customer service! The ladies were very friendly! You need furniture at a great price, you must come here! Same day and next day service

This store took my social security number, a copy of my government issued ID, and my paystubs and filled out a application for me, then told me they do not deliver to my address. I am very concerned of fraudulent activity at this point and will be contacting the police and corporate to ensure this store is investigated and reporting to the BBB. Spare yourself of going through the same thing and do not rent from here! If I could give a 0, I would... It seems others share the same sentiment giving the store has a 2.9.
