Got a living room set and an LG TV Supposed to be six months same as cash I’ve been making weekly payments on both I paid last week $51 for my payment sent my wife to go pay this week‘s payment of $51 and was told that my payments are $209. I only owed $161.45. Wife called I spoke with Buck who wanted to get agitated with me sent the wife back in to get the total amount for both pieces of furniture so I could just pay it off. I was then called by the regional manager and was told that my weekly payment is only $56 for the late fee even though they were closed on Sunday, which is when my payment was due There’s something fishy going on how is my payment 209 which is more than what is owed and then you’re willing to accept $56 for a payment? I will not deal with this franchise again. The last gentleman I dealt with was much more nicer. We would write down every week what was left and explained how much my weekly payments were. I should’ve known something was wrong with this particular franchise. When every time I go in there is a man reclined in one of the chairs asleep one guy working in the counter and another boy on his phone. Beware if you decide to purchase from here seems like they’re trying to make extra pocket money

I want to start by saying that if it weren't for Tre' Revis, I wouldn't have bothered to even check this place out. I did, and I was impressed not only with the help I received from Tre', but also with the way he made me feel, with the respect he gave me as if I had been going there for years. They say you don't often remember what people did for you, but you always remember how they made you feel.

I have been a customer with this franchise since 2011 and I can tell you this place is the absolute worst. I got a living room set that was uncomfortable and too big for my home. I told them I needed to swap it out for something smaller as I didn't measure correctly. They told me it was fine now here it is the end of my payments and I still have the same one. I am now being told I would have to start my payments over to swap out for a different one. Why let me get that far in payments to the point of almost being done when we could have just swapped from the beginning with no money lost for me?!!!!!!

I usually don’t do this, because I understand things happen! If I could give this place NO stars, I would! I got a dryer here less than a year ago. The first time it broke it took a WEEK of run around, just to get a number to call for repair. The second time it broke, I was told we will send someone out to look at it. Fine. Heard nothing else from anyone, so I called. The gentleman states he knows nothing about it and basically could not help me. So I had to google the number myself. Spoke with an upper manager who assured me of support from the company. After finding out it’s going to take a possible week to repair the dryer, I call back to the upper manager, left a message. Called to the store and Nancy proceeds to tell me she will have to check. Well here it is almost 5pm and NOTHING! Customer service is a joke!!!! I see that I’m not the only person who has experienced this issue. Yes it’s paid off, but it’s less than a year that THEIR product that THEY sold broke! I will NOT go back ever again! I’d advise anyone else to NOT go here for any needs you might have for your home. Because once they get their money, it’s screw the customer!

The delivery drivers were awesome. I got a refrigerator and a stove. There is just one problem. The refrigerator had water and ice and was supposed to be brand new. I got plumbers in finally. Ran water to the refrigerator not to have it work. Plumbers checked it and didn't know what was wrong. And it seems like since I paid them off early.. they don't care whether it works or not. Update: After trying so many times to get them to send their repair guy out I finally had to contact a different appliance repair guy. Since I was never contacted by their repairman even though I called them multiple times. I got Sears to come out. Sears told me that the filter housing need replaced. That it was not a brand new refrigerator but it was refurbished. Even though I paid for a brand new side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice.
