Manager neglects to inform his customers of Aaron’s policy’s such as late fees that could be incurred for a new customers that, in this situation, had to wait for a new debit card in the mail to add onto their account. Waits until time of payment to actually give the customer the information about getting a late fee even after speaking to the customer multiple times and had multiple opportunities to give the customer the proper information prior to payment. Very rude once I became upset about the lack of information they gave me. Acted like it was my fault for not knowing and handled the situation so unprofessionally. Great products, awful people running this location who clearly lack knowledge about Aaron’s policy’s and what customer service is.

So my grandmother ordered a fridge to replace her old one. The man leaves it outside of the house and doesn’t bother to help bring the fridge inside. So as I’m writing this, my parents, grandparents, and even a friend of my parents are struggling. (They’re all older or elderly.) I also found chewed up gum on the back of the fridge in the crevices. That’s disgusting! 😐

Posting remaining review for Jennifer Borque: I called cooperate and let them know what was going on and the whole situation and the customer service I received from Victor at their Abingdon location. Cooperate employee stated that regional manager would reach out within 24 hours, but to be very generous in the amount of time I allowed him to contact me. After going on 72 hours at this point still no contact from the regional manager but the location is calling for their payment, I called cooperate back again today and the guy said he was so sorry for everything that was going on and that was not the way they did business. He said he was emailing the regional managers boss to have him call me and CC the regional manager in the email as well. Currently waiting on a call from them. Spoke to general manager today when he was calling about payment and I let him know I would not be paying until I spoke to someone about the situation and he said that he thought everything was okay since they swapped my furniture out. I said no and I would be calling cooperate and would also be taking to them about the service I received. Things are NOT okay, I have found a couple bed bugs on my grandsons brand new pack and play! Side note: it can be proven that this bugs weren’t already in my home because I had just returned a sectional, and kitchen table to another location and was told it was in excellent condition. People clearly are not during their jobs and cleaning pre leased furniture, I found someone’s Virginia EBT card, and old maid card with dried up chewed fruit snacks, trash all in the sides of the cushions, and a dried metal spoon with food on it. This is not the condition I returned my previous stuff in, and I should not be given this condition of furniture. I also have pictures of the bed bugs and trash in the couches to show as proof.

Went here and got a gaming pc, I got a virus on it and they said they would take it to hp to take a look at it, it was a month and they finally got it back. It wasn’t running good and I couldn’t download anything on it. I went somewhere else and turns out the company stole my cpu! But just before that my dad gave them a call to see if the pc was fixed and the guy kept calling him “ma’am” and my dad kept saying he was a guy until the guy said “I don’t care what’s between ur pants u are a ma’am!” (He’s male at BIRTH!) Crazy customer support if u ask me.

The staff was very professional! Let me say that again, so you can make sure you read that right….THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL!… Mandy….you adorable little lady…You were awesome!!! Great CSR skills! 🏆 Looking forward to doing business with you all. This store is the largest, and very well kept clean, with the nicest selection of furniture that I’ve ever seen. Thank you so much for what you do,and what you did for me!
