The actual staff and products are fine. It is corporate and marketing. Once you rent something, corporate puts you into the marketing call list. They will harass you constantly not even allowing enough rings to answer it. They disconnect before voicemail. Because Rent a Center has chosen this LOW road and according to local store once on list you cannot be remove. That sounds illegal I mean even spam offers a opt out. I will NEVER rent anything else from RAC

Great service! They are very professional, the staff goes above and beyond. They are flexible to me anyways on payments and delivery. I can always upgrade my appliances and or electronics with little money down. Competitive prices if you pay off in 6 months.
Call day of payment due bright n early in morning then pester u till u come in n pay rediculse never going there again
