I would give zero stars if I could. Do not do business while Dave is managing here. Not only does he disrespect my caregiver while she is being honest about what our plans are and what we can do by raising his voice at her and repeating the same thing over and over like an insane person, he thought it was okay to confuse holding someone accountable with how she was calling him out for being disrespectful. He was not professional in the slightest. He claims to have 15 years of management experience and I have to say it does not show whatsoever. He has shown he does not actively listen, he uses the last resort sales tactic of "if you cannot pay you have to return the item" with a nasty tone, and when he does not get his way he talks about how it is policy. We even offered to return the item and he did not accept that. He was droning on about receiving a payment. I know what the policy is, because my caregiver has read the entire thing to me. He was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I would not do business with Dave.

I rented a washing machine and dryer, and i have had problems and frustration with both of them. I have been buying from them over 5 years, never had a problem until this time. I waited on the phone for over 2o minutes and have gotten hung up 4 times!!! Dryer constantly squeaks, no matter what size load and the washing machine, if you don’t get it to start right away, you will be opening and closing the cover and the pause button for ever. The only way is to unplug it and hope you get right to fill up!!! Never again will i do business with Aarons !!!

Great staff and delivery drivers. They offer fair prices, their club perks are nice too. We got our washer, livingroom set, and dryer all from them and everything has a fix or replace deal if something goes wrong.

What sets this store apart from all others? Service...service...service! If you don't know what you want or what you're looking for, they're happy to offer you friendly advice. If you know what you're looking for and want it right away, they will bend over backwards to make sure you get what you want for the best rate they can offer.

Rented to own a bed from them, delivery was late, quality of bed is less than great, ended up paying at least triple the retail price of a bed of this quality, very rude when they call about late payments like they are the only bill we have to pay, they always get their money every month and sometimes we pay two months at a time but they are never satisfied. I will not be renting from them again. I’ll go without before I deal with their harassment and rude demeanor again.
