It's alright, took a long time to geta Air conditioner across the road, then it was useless since the air conditioner didn't fit (not their fault)
Pay a week and u only get 3 days after being told 10 dollars then 11.54 is rip off go to Aaron's 100% better then these jokes
They don't factory reset Playstations. I'm dealing with someone using the email account of a dead friend because RAC 05701 was too lazy to factory reset a Playstation 5. They need to recall and reset it before I find its current user
We were nearing the completion of a rental agreement for a living room set, initially rented in New York State and later transferred to Rent-A-Center in Rutland, Vermont. Due to unforeseen circumstances, including the care of my ailing parents, we experienced a temporary delay in our payments. Despite being close to fulfilling the agreement with only two payments outstanding, Rent-A-Center decided to repossess the furniture, including a couch over 2 years old, which had been well used and was likely destined for disposal. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of empathy and understanding displayed by Rent-A-Center in this matter, which resulted in my ailing father losing his only comfortable resting place on the ground floor, near his bathroom. This particular Rent-A-Center location has demonstrated a concerning lack of compassion.
Over the years my family and I have gotten many items from the Rutland store. We go into the rentals knowing we are paying more for the items as we don't have cash on hand to make big purchases so renting them until we own them works for us. Also, not having to prove our credit is very helpful! The staff have always been helpful answering any and all questions I've ever had, helped solve problems and have never been anything other than professional. They've swapped out furniture when I changed my mind and the deliveries usually go as planned (things come up, it happens). All in all, they are providing a service, and have been great for us. Thank you for helping make our house a home with the products we wanted!
