If I could give less than a star I would! You better hope nothing happens to any of you’re stuff while renting through them because then you’re liable to cover it they won’t cover anything even though they’re supposed to!! Will absolutely never rent anything through them again
I want to just say morrisville rent a center has gone down hill bad over the years. I was told i was getting two bran new mattresses today they were out of the box and on the show room floor. Never been slept on. Well ending up very upset as i see them being unloaded from a uhaul truck. The covers were all nasty. They litterly looked like they were dragged threw the mud. They did however give me new covers for bed. I went to change the mud dirty covers for the new ones and to my surprise no they were not new at all. One of the beds even had sweat stains on them. Not acceptable at all and not a happy customer at all. I have been with them for quit a few years some of the staff has been nice and helpfull but for the past year the workers either act better then you, have better things they could be doing, or are just rude and straight up lie to your face!
They made good by me I had a issue and the girls worked hard and took care of it I'm very grateful for them I wanted to say thank you for your hard work
