After securing a price for a tv stand that they had in-store for over a year, I called back to see if it would be delivered today, as I was told that was possible. I then was confronted with an employee that was like a 2yr old learning the word NO...then back tracking after he spoke with others. He even trying to renegotiate a higher price then was agreed upon and doubled down after I asked if it made sense to pay a higher price because he didnt have the ability to do what another manager was able to. Against my better judgement to do business with this store, I was then told to come do a 30 minute drive EACH way to bring my documentation before they could deliver...like email wasnt an option and verification wasnt possible before completing the delivery.. or I can pay the cash price?!?!?! This store SORELY NEEDS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!! They WILL NOT have me as a customer! If you want good service and even good prices, go elsewhere!
The assistant that helped me was incompetent the man Logan Fallucca had no idea what he was doing and would not listen to me at all he was also rude about everything
I’ve had two orders from here the washer is great the chair is ok but I pay my bill the same time every month and I keep getting calls that I didn’t pay it or that I’ve asked for two many extensions which is weird because I’ve never used an extension then when you call the store all the phone does is ring and your lucky if someone picks up. It’s been this way since I started my first contract back in 2024 and it’s kinda annoying
Bought a sofa and love seat set from here and it’s been amazing, they delivered quickly and we were able to just buy outright. Bruce was very knowledgeable and helped us track down the perfect set!
Bruce and Tim and the others are good people . They will work with you on things and payments. Me and my wife have been with them for a very long time now. We plan on being with them and dealing with them for more. Believe me we have had our differences and every time we have worked something out .When I do see them now Bruce always tells me to take it easy on the new workers he gets in. Lol lol lol
