Parking really tight for a Semi with 53ft trailer Staffs are not really respectful so rude and impolite

A huge thanks to David at Aarons's for dropping off my new dinning table set. Not only did they climb three flights of stairs, three times, but with a smile too. Much appreciated guys thanks a ton.

I absolutely love aarons, we have been getting things from the manager Spencer for years!!!! My husband and I will only work with Spencer he has always been so kind and efficient and always willing to help us with anything we need! If for any reason he doesn’t have what we need in the store he always finds a way to make sure to get it for us he’s honestly the best and is the only reason we will continue to get everything we need from there for as long as he is there!

Thanks to Spencer (store manager) and all the team, for great customer service. I'd like to specifically commend the delivery team for a job well done. Delivered washer/dryer on time, did a careful job of it, hooked up and verified operation. Everything was as agreed. So easy!

The staff is pretty friendly but I am pretty frustrated with the way the warranty's are handled. I purchased a brand new Samsung washer and dryer set and have only had them 6 months and already it is coding and won't drain and spin. It falls under warranty to be checked out and fixed but unfortunately I have to be without a washer for 2 weeks because that is when the person will be out next from Orem that takes care of the warranties. When looking through the manual at the code it is possibly just a clogged drain hose. So I get to have the cost and expense of having to go to a laundromat. They need to have a technician that is local or even works for them to be able to do simple repairs and diagnostics. This is just ridiculous and will probably make it so I never use them again.
