Terrible manager ,harassed and accused of things by the manager, drivers are extremely condescending and no one but the sales manager is great I’ve called 7 times to the help team and called the home desk and nothing no calls back after repeatedly being told I’d get the call back within 2 days and nothing I have also called the Logan store looking to speak to Andrew and still nothing
The store manager Cordon accused my boyfriend drugging me and kidnapping me after all of everything we went in to make our first payment and set the delivery date for tomorrow and then told us he wouldn’t do work with us would never go to this location
Hi there lets start off by saying when me and the wife moved back to Tooele about 5 months ago we went to rent a center and we spent a little over $3000 in a few things like a brand new French door fridge and a 2 piece couch set also a new deep freezer and a brand new top loader washer.Then we got a entertainment stand for our 65inch TV and a round table set with 4 chairs but the TV stand and the table and chairs we are making payments on but here is the kicker the 1 long couch have a spot for you to charge your phone and on the 4th of JAN of 2026 it stop working so i texted CORDEN about it and he acted like its not his problem and i told him i just spent over $3000 there buying it out right and the 2 guys that delivered the fridge tore up my living room floor trim and a vent in the floor and i told Corden about it but nothing has been done to fix it still and the 2 guys that delivered the table one of them all he was talking about was GUNS AND KILLING STUFF AND PEOPLE and the other was texting the whole time too also it took them about 3 1/2 hours to put the table and chairs together and when it was done i only had 4 chairs and 3 bottoms i had to wait for the rest of the chair for about 3 weeks to get it and i have never missed a payment on it....SO PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE THEY WILL SELL YOU SOMETHING THEN WHEN IT BREAKS YOUR SHIT OUT OF LUCK SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE MAYBE THEY WILL SHUT THIS STORE DOWN SOON.......
Do not do business with Tooele rent a center they share personal employees information with customers and tell you your approval for your item then once you get there they will tell your different
