If I could give negative I would! Whoever the payments lady is needs a course in customer treatment! How would she like it if someone talked to her family the way I’ve heard her talk to my brother who had his card info stolen and had to cancel his card till he got a new one and she wouldn’t extend the payment or anything and proceeded to yell at my brother I could hear her across the house and my dad thought that my brother was fighting with someone she was so rude and loud! And the things she said were not cool by any means again how would she like it if someone talked to her family like that and said those things and behaved that way?! She probably wouldn’t like it and would feel the same way I am right now. That’s just rediculous learn some manners and customer service
Honestly the customer service has just been bad lately. I used to love Aaron’s and Rory and the store manager have always been amazing. But the past few times I’ve called and communicated with Melissa she made me feel like I was not cared for. I asked to have a confirmation email that my autopay was canceled (as I no longer had any items from Aaron’s) and she said they would get to it later and we’re just “too busy” to send one while she had me on the phone. I only asked for the urgency because she had also not put me on the original schedule to have my items picked up, which I had confirmed twice already with her. I hardly leave reviews, but I felt like no one cared after I had given my business to Aaron’s for over a year…
I would never rent from this location. If you have an other location that you can go to I would totally recommend that they are totally unprofessional. Don’t give a crap about what you’re trying to tell them they never like to answer their phones. They never call you back you can leave messages after message and you still don’t get nothing. I tell you once I’m done with my lease. I will never ever rent from errands ever again. They’re a joke and everyone is really rude. they forget about deliveries and pick ups, but they make sure that they get every dime sucked out of you oh, and if they asked to put you on hold, you might as well just hang up then
I had a great experience at the Taylorsville Aaron’s yesterday! Melissa, the Sales Manager, was very kind and very helpful! She took the time to make sure that I received the best merchandise and she provided some helpful advice as well! She was very caring and the whole experience in choosing what product to order was a great one. The best customer service I have received in a very long time! Hello, Today I spoke to Melissa whom I have been working with ever since I have been a customer with this company. She is very professional, knowledgeable, kind and on top of everything she does. She calls me at the right times to always assist me with my living needs and works with me to always find something affordable and never have had a negative experience with her. Today she helped find me a deal that I am extremely excited about and can see why she is the sales manager of this store. She deserves a raise or promotion for how much she cares about her customers, listens to her customers, and how hard she works and how well she handles running the store on her own!
