I have been going to this location since 2017. I have bought and paid off a few items here. I currently am paying off on a computer for my daughter. Until now with the new store manager who acts like she's on a high horse, I have been treated well and kindly. I have moved 40 minutes away from this location two years ago, and I continued to do business at this location because of the service. I got behind on last months payment due to a medical condition I have. Because of my health condition this location had worked with me over the years. I have proven to make my promised payments, I have paid ahead at times, paid off items, and purchase more. This time, the new manager told the rep following up with me about a payment that they could not wait an couple of weeks and I had only 4 days until 11am to make the payment. My husband then called to ask if they could give us more time and mentioned how the previous manager trusted us and allowed us to add a missed payment to the end of our contract. The new manager 's response was, "And that's why they're not here anymore and I am.". Her customer service was trash. Not to mention, acting like she is on a high horse and has everything handled, I was called a third time about my account in the same day. If she's this great manager, why did she bother me during work about the same issue? As soon as I pay off my daughter's computer, I will no longer do business at this location. I do not recommend this location to anyone. I will go to one near my home.

Caution you order 100 online they say a payments due wanting a credit card over the phone contact your bank afterwards, their firm and won’t be delivered after a smaller down payment! Pricing on everything digital input without finagling and the embarrassment round up like you’re gonna order don’t finish discreet! Wow dude 600$ dollar’s potentially wanted a grand can’t even tell me do they sell fake stones in precious metals thank god it’s my mom and not a spouse on a ring ? Jewelry like coins a buyer but cars have a blue book? But Furniture in a tight squeeze moving can’t beat it? Seriously a reasonable furniture price within 6 months! Zero delivery cost no credit check on a used mattress or new at first used for me saw & have no bed bug bites 7 months later talking large sizes used people can’t pay or trade in before 6 months! honestly listed and priced lower sometimes! There payments cheaper than what you’d flush down the toilet monthly in food spending alone alot cheaper! For rent for sale without pulling your hair

These guys are awesome! Had a little hiccup with the bed I bought from them, it happens. And they were just wonderful making sure it was corrected! I am completely satisfied and happy with their customer service! This is a great store with an awesome store manager!

The Management are thieves. NEVER GO HERE! Absolutely horrible experience and I did not even get the items I wanted. I started to try to get a couch set. The manager told us numbers we agreed to. Then printed out the paperwork and took our money. Reviewing the paperwork, it was way more than what we agreed. He said that is how it is. So we canceled everything. Took a month for my wife to get her refund back, my refund from the split transaction is 4 MONTHS AND STILL WILL NOT REFUND ME. Store manager is a joke, district manager said he would call me back to help, he ghosted me so he is worthless too. Have been told 20+ times thier Treasury Department will call back in 24 hours or less, never once happened. Never go here. They will steal your money and stand there acting dumb about it so they can keep your money. To this day, I still am calling in for my refund. Going on 5 months for $202.00

Honestly probably the worst experience I have ever had. Not only did the store manager lie to me which is completely unacceptable! But literally tried to make up his own rules even though corporate had a special going on. I don't know what he was doing or thinking. If you ask me the store manager at this location should not be the store manager. And when I'm asking him questions over the phone because what he was saying was making no sense. Instead of answering the questions he gets an attitude and hangs up the call for absolutely no reason! Beware do go to this store you will get ripped off and lied to by the person that's supposed to be in charge!
