I needed to lease a bedroom suite for a few months, and when I returned it, I had accidentally left some clothes in a couple of the drawers. Madison was kind enough to call and inform me that they were still there, and she invited me to pick them up at my convenience. I truly appreciated her honesty and the effort she made to reach out—excellent customer service like this is rare and deserves to be recognized. Edwin, whom I also worked with, was great as well. If you're looking to rent in Wilmington, I highly recommend this location on College Road!
Overheard the manager (Jeremy) verbally abusing one of his employees about using a drill that wasn't "up to his standards" I don't think it's okay for anyone to talk to anyone like that. He should apologize and relax.
This store is amazing, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The manager (Jeremy) id probably one if the nicest manager’s I have dealt with between using RENT A CENTER OR AARONS. I switched to rent a center over a year ago and i have never regretted it. Jeremy has an associate named Mitch who has always gone above and beyond when he has come out to deliver our service and he trys to really make a connection with you so you are able to feel that they value their customers rather then seeing their customers as $ signs.
