Never never never do business with this place! Lady who I worked with was the rudest sales person I’ve ever dealt with! She would not give me my payment amount to have things paid off only told me I needed to pay more than the number she told me every week. When they delivered my washer and dryer they gave me a used set which normally isn’t a problem but this set had a dryer with a short! Almost caught my home on fire!!!! When I called and told the lady about this she was very very rude. Instead of just taking my dryer to repair it they took both washer and dryer and told me that there wasn’t any other option for me for 6 more weeks!!!! (Even though the day before when I had picked my washer and dryer there were many other options) So all in all they’re rude, won’t be straight forward about pricing and sell pre-rented stuff that they don’t ensure is safe before reselling!!!! Go anywhere but here!!!!!

Had a 5 star till now. Had a situation with finances and I work nights so I sleep during the day. Only 2 weeks behind and they're knocking on the door for their stuff. I could understand if it was super late but good grief 2 weeks.

I wouldn't even give 1 star. Been waiting on them to come pick up furniture. This is second day. They said they were around corner and never showed up. So tomorrow will be 3 days can't take off work anymore. It took 3 weeks to even get the whole sectional. Don't do business with them. They have poor customer service skills.

Bar is bent on my couch, pops when we recline it. Was told it's "our fault" refused to fix. Even when I pay extra for the coverage. Was told it was a "my problem, not a their problem" I understand it was brand new outta box but with in 2 weeks it's broken. Ridiculous will NOT make another purchase again!
