All the money I put in and all the surveys that I gave a 10 “” on for this location. The GM actually showed who he really is. He and staff FAILED me has a damn good Customer, I asked for a Single Sofa because I was not using the love seat….. And the least they could have done was found a Sofa. They didn’t even try, I’m shocked by the GM treatment but now I know it’s all about the Money and they could Care less about Customer Service where it matters the most! My Respect and Good Service means more to me than some furniture.Depends on who you are if you will be treated Fairly. ( People Pretend Well ).
This business is AWESOME! So helpful. I had the pleasure of Korey installing my washer and dryer unit in my apartment. He was speedy, handy, and super knowledgeable. He really knew his stuff! The whole experience went by super fast. Korey held great conversation as he was installing my appliances, which made him an instant friend in my book. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you Rent-A-Center and thank you sincerely Korey! Keep doin what yall do
I wouldn't even give them one star, I've been told a different story each time I've called , when I order my washer and dryer last week. I've sat and waited on them 3 days , put my other plans on hold to find out they are not coming. Then question on my two phone numbers, Wow... Good job rent center
