Been a customer over 30 years, after this item is paid off ---- never ever again. We will do without before ever using rac again. Funny I didn't gripe in the beginning of contract about dents put in fridge when moving it in ( yes I told Nicole--but told her I didn't want to worry about it because ive always had a good relationship with customer service) but sure gripe over a 4 day late payment. You have to know which customers will run & know I'm not. Been at the same place over 14 years, always communicate. Save yourself the greif & save for an emergency. Definitely don't rent unnecessary items!!! Tvs& such. Prey on people who don't have credit or just not enough credit. Never ever again!!!!!! I believe this is the first negative review on anything I've ever left.

When I say They call they day before , the day of . Email text . Harrssing me basically. I’ve had stuff almost a year . And when I can’t pay on time I say that . I really hate I dealt with with them now . Cause it’s A headache. And Nicole is cool and Reasonable. If it wasn’t for her I would have been ended my contract. I won’t ever do this again tho . Mr . Washington 🫡

It was great. But boy when you miss a payment after making payments for over a year, y'all were giving me a hard time about giving me a break when I lost my job. It would have been great if y'all gave me a grace period. Not sure if I ever would do business here again.

So I placed an online order Thursday night for a brand new washer and dryer. Friday at 11:41am I receive a text message saying they have everything in the store all my stuff is taken care of and just need a delivery time and day set up. I told them I can’t do it Friday because I get off at 6pm and they close at 6pm. Explained to them that I can’t do it Saturday and for them to let me know what time they could do it Saturday at 12:41pm. No response form them. So I messed them Saturday morning asking for details to call because I don’t like the text. They transfer me to three different people before someone helped me. The lady gets on the phone and tells me they don’t have my washer and dryer at their store and they have a set at another location they it needed to be checked out “made sure they good” (don’t know why when I didn’t order a used set I ordered a brand new set. Then they said the earliest they can deliver is Tuesday. lol not the messages I got. Then when I proved what they said a manager gets on the phone trying to cover up their lack of communication and careless to the customer. I told them I need them delivered today since my wife took off work today to be at the house she said she can’t do it. So I canceled my contract “not like they care”. Customer service really sucks at this location and don’t care about the customer. Looks like Aaron’s is getting my business from here on out. Yall at Rent A Center sure know how to hire some quality carrying employees.
