All of the furniture I've purchased at Aarons has been excellent. Friendly staff and helpful, too.

William the manager is rude as he can be! Yelling at me telling me I was not the customer, no I'm not but my daughter is and I am going going to be the one giving her the money, since she had surgery and isn't able to work for 30 days! I would not recommend this Aaron's at all. He refused to give the DM information to me, but Alex at the Wichita Falls store gave me his name and told me he'd have Ernest call me. I'd recommend the WF store!

We've Bought All Of Our Furniture From Aaron's Now I Would Say Since They Opened Their Doors Here In Vernon. I've Gotten: 5 Set's Of Living Room Furniture 2 Top Loading Washer & Dryer Set's 1 Front Loading Washer & Dryer Set 2 Side By Side Refrigerator's 1 Stainless Steel Refrigerator 1 Gas Stove 1 Electric Stove 1 Glass Top Stove 2 Computer's ( 1 Dell- 1 HP) Dining Room Table & 4 Chair's Dining Room Table & 8 Chair's Set 2 King Size Bed's & 1 Ashley Furniture Headboard 1 Old Screen Television 2 Of The New Flat Screen TV 2 Recliners 4 Area Rug's..... AND I LOVE THEM ALL THANK YOU ALL YOU HAVE HELPED ME THROUGH SOME TOUGH TIMES THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS LOSING MY HUSBAND THEN ALL MY FURNITURE & BEING STOLEN OUT OF MY HOUSE OVER IN QUANAH. BUT IT'S ONLY MATERIAL THINGS AS MY HUSBAND USED TO SAY IT DOESN'T MATTER ONLY THE MEMORIES ARE WHAT MATTERS & I HAVE PLENTY OF THOSE.

Honestly really disappointed atm. We went into the store to order a bedroom set. Well it was going smoothly. Well I showed them the exact order that I wanted. And they messed that up. We ordered a nine peice bedroom set and it was suppose to include a chest and they said that it didnt and that if I wanted it that I would have to pay an extra 30$. And the sad thang is that not only did thwy mess up on that but we told them we wanted an side table so they said thwy ordered it. So we waited a week and a half and it came in and they came to deliver. Well they didnt have the proper screws for my bed and wasnt able to put a part of it on. Then I asked where my 2nd side table was and they said that it wasnt shown that they had it. So we called the store and asked and they NEVER ordered it. So we asked them to order it for the 2nd time and it was suppose to come in 2/25 so my boyfriend went up to pick it up and the workers said that the truck broke down. So we just called and guess what....... They NEVER got our side table. So were over her committing to a 3500$ bedroom set and were missing 2 peices that were suppose to come with it. I'm completely livid. I really figured that they were professional enough to be able to order and get the stuff in that I asked and that I am paying for.
