Bought a sectional a few months ago and it's been about a month that I've called about this sectional having tears finally someone came too look at them and haven't heard from them at all. I keep calling and Ive gone to the store but no one knows anything about it, Left several messages but no return calls. But quick to take my payments. My next option is to call them and tell them to pick up sectional.

I called a few times and was told the gm was tied up and I had 1 payment left on a tv and that I would be given a call back nobody called back and and an employee said my account was closed.... this was so upsetting I have never been so let down after paying all those payments 😞😞people struggle and can’t pay sometimes but to have 1 payment left and be told we don’t have an account under that name is so crooked I sent the tv off to be repaired and never heard from them I’ve lost so much respect for this place but it is what it is.... 😖😞

Poor customer service. Management is rude when trying to handle certain situations with customer. I will never rent at the Aaron's in Uvalde ever again.

Good place to get furniture, electronics, etc if your unable to buy cash. A lil pricey but affordable I'd say..
