1. I returned furniture I was renting and today is the second payment that was not correct. 2. I have not received the refund from 2 weeks ago today. Today another $333.89 was taken from my account. That does not reflect the lesser amount after having returned the furniture. (which the manager supposedly corrected 2 weeks ago) 3. Now we have the same problem repeating and they haven't fixed the first one yet. 4. I have called the store several times and it is difficult to get anyone to answer and when they do answer the phone, they don't have answers to when any of this is going to be resolved.

Worst place ever. They sell you appliances and never cancel the phone. Management is a joke as well as there "sales personnel"!!! If you want to get ripped off this is your place. Have called 5 times and not an answer just forwarded. I'm waiting on a new washer that doesn't even work !!! Better Business bureau I'm about to call!

Poor customer service I’ve never dealt with customer service this horrible you called the number to speak to somebody and nobody answers at the phone. What’s the point in having a business if you’re not gonna answer your phone to customers it’s ridiculous. Really need to work on answering phones and taking care of customers correctly

I'm not sure what's changed at this location but let me tell you the new staff (I'm guessing) is absolutely horrible. We were sent an email stating we had our payment pushed back. We have dropped large amounts to pay our sum down. For some reason now they are harassing us weather we are late or not. Weather the employees take note of what's going on or when we have given a date for the payment. It's absolutely insane to harass people for 30 bucks. It's funny they say as well to call but they don't answer their phones in the store. Not to mention we had other issues with this location before. The delivery men had destroyed the flooring in our home. Something needs to get handled about the way they run things and the employees need to communicate.

So I’ve used this place before and never had a problem. Things have changed a lot recently. They have been charging me extra money for the littlest of things. Let me explain. When my purchase is due for example on Friday, if the money is not able to be automatically taken at 8am they will charge you a late fee. They have done this to me four times even though I’m still paying on that Friday. Because they considered that late they also sent someone knocking at my door. Keep in mind the money is due Friday, and it’s Friday noon and they sent someone knocking at my door. How this is considered late when I’m paying the same day and sending people to my home is beyond me but this will be my last purchase here once I’m done paying.
