VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I order a bed room set from their warehouse during the .99 cent 1 week special . I was set for delivery on Monday 11/10 /25 between 5pm-7pm. they did not arrive until 8:30pm. Upon arrival they asked me did i want to reschedule my delivery since it was late and they would be at my house trying to assemble the bed, dresser, and night stand late . I told them no cause i work and would have to take off in order for them to deliver in the morning . So then he asked is they could drop the delivery and just come back to assemble tomorrow after i get off . I said okay , that’s fine . so the next day I call to see what time they were coming back to assemble, the store manager said she was unaware they hadn’t assembled my things .she apologized and said they would come after 5. They made it @ 5:07 and i wasn’t home yet , i told them i would be there in 7 mins . As I’m turning down my street i see them leaving , so insert hoking my horn at them and they keep going . I called the store to ask them why did they leave and i told them i was 7 mins away , i was told they weren’t gonna wait and they want coming back . I told them they need to come pick up their product if they are refusing to assemble and that is was gonna be on the side of the road. So they choose to lose a sale VS. display good customer service and complete . DO NOT recommend buying from them as they don’t value the propel who are spending their money with them , and are the very reason they even have a job .

I had a really good experience. I wish I would have remembered their names but the lady behind the counter was friendly and got everything setup for me. The 2 gentlemen that delivered my washing machine were fantastic. They were very friendly, got my washer hooked up, and made sure it was running properly before leaving. They even got a kick out of all the animals we have lol

Had a horrible experience I will never use them again. I got approved for a bedroom set realized it did not come with a mattress so I went in to order one my paper work was placed the the side the girl Ashley aka yuck mouth set seemed like she did not want to be bothered told me everything was fine she would take care of it and come delivery day they never brung my furniture so I called got passed around and then told they needed to re-verify all my info however I was not called long story short the manager was rude as hell and because I was frustrated with how I was being treated he told me oh well and cancelled my order and advised the could not assist me I never raised my voice cursed at them or anything I would never recommend them.

They have decent prices and options. However, the delivery process needs to be improved. The agreement said it would be delivered on Wednesday, then they called and said Thursday. They scheduled for 3pm and didn't get there until almost 8pm. I think communication, training , or staff needs work.
