I’m really not sure how this establishment has the business they do. Very unprofessional service. I’ve waited 3 weeks for an agreement that’s been signed and was told the equipment was in store. It wasn’t, and we’ve continued to wait with no word on where it is or when it would be here. We’ve given calls, have gotten little information or absolutely no answer at all. “My store manager will call you later” is a lie. They will not. Not will they answer when you continually do so. Nick got our information and gave us our agreement number, set up payments and okayed us for everything. He did wonderful. Only for us to be told none of that information was visible or received by their very opinionated and rude manager, Rosi. I’d love to just obtain my item and proceed with my business, however there is definitely some changes needing made to customer service here.

ROSIE IS AMAZING!!! We were such in a bind with our fridge going out and she helped us!!! We will always use renta center

This place is absolutely horrible. The staff are rude and the manager is worse than the staff!! IF you get anything that needs to be repaired they'll be incredibly rude to you about it and absolutely unhelpful. This business is so bad I can't imagine how they still have the same manager for this long. Rosie doesn't care at all if rent a center even has customers and will be more than happy to cancel your contract if you're unhappy about their horrific service! no working with you and no trying to solve the problem, just horrible rude service and if you don't like it she'll gladly cancel for you. the last time we went along and let them "fix" our computer it was MONTHS before we got it back. they take forever so that no one returns anything or gets it fixed and they'll be rude if you have the audacity to ask when it'll be finished! So ready to get my stuff paid off. NEVER go here!!! save yourself the trouble and just go to Aarons!! they clearly have no interest in fixing the staff issue!!!

Very rude customer service I advise you to take your money else where!!! Rosie need to be fired and I will be calling corporate and letting them know about how rude she towards me and other customers as well. I had told my family about how nice and how it was an amazing opportunity to make help with their credit score but after how Rosie spoke to me I have formed family and friends and they will not be doing any business with them!
