Store is great but the guy working there William is rude and does all he cares about is getting money
Welcome to a company that deletes reviews because they are harassing people by calling 4-6 times a day, showing up at peoples houses 1-2 times a day, making threats to call jobs because my girl who doesn’t live there wouldn’t give them access to my house and showing up at 8:30pm when they close at 7pm. They deleted my previous review because I had picture proof of them calling multiple times a day
The women at the front desk could use a course in customer service. I recently moved and was looking to rent a fridge temporally and would have but I ended up walking out due to the way I was treated. Super sad for our little small town!
We wrote a previous review about a TV they wouldn't replace but since then they have replaced would like to thank them and give them a good review
They are the worst place to try and get anything. They are expensive and rude. They also lie. I was told I had a month free but apparently that was a lie. They came and took back the product for non payment even though my free period was not up. They should be shut down for doing people this way. The lady that pick up the computer called me lazy and told me that people like me shouldn't be able to purchase anything from their store.
