I Want my money back now I ordered a canon R 10 and they gave me a Canon rebel T7 that trash camera that they gave me and I’m a sports photographer trying to go professional because my work is that good to go, but I want my money back now. I’m coming up to the store. This is the worst thing ever happened to me ever ever. Your store sucks. Get y’all stuff together. if y’all don’t believe me, I’m gonna send proof

I will never get anything else from this Aaron’s they gave me a washing machine that had roaches in it. This was around the time everything was backed up and deliveries were delayed by weeks and I really needed a washing machine, Aaron’s could deliver that week. Now the machine was $700 so it was not cheap she said it was used but only a month or two. I looked at it and was like ok. Oh yeah, this location was being remodeled at the time. Now, the item was delivered about week later my daughter said mom I think I saw a baby roach inside the washing machine. I just thought maybe she was half sleep, cause this is a new house and the appliance fairly new and we NEVER had roaches. Well I started seeing them, then more… I called to complain the never wanted resolve the situation they just lied and try to make me the bad person … I’m not nasty. One rep told me they would send a exterminator then lied and said I never answered the phone for the appointment. Then they tried to start messing with me claiming I did not pay when my payments where set to come out automatically by the rep at the store. I was getting harassed for months, but the payments were coming out so they couldn’t do nothing, it was something on their end that was wrong. I was at my end with them and was going to send their appliance back then some lady called from corporate and told me that I shouldn’t have any more problems. At the end of the day, all of this was due to making a complaint about them selling me a used appliance with roaches and instead of them trying to fix the problem they tried to punish me by creating chaos.
This store has the worst customer service. If I could I’d give 1/2 of a star. I have never experienced this level of bad customer service. I work in HR and deal with people on a daily basis. I have 2 agreements paid in full with this store, you call me and send me all of this mail to get a new agreement, and I finally decide to get a new sectional! Ordered over a week ago, in the store -promised to be delivered to my home today before 6 pm. 10 min before it’s scheduled something said call the store again (3rd time) to confirm ..... NOT ONCE has anyone mentioned at that store that my sectional was on back order or hadn’t arrived. Got confirmation yesterday and today it would be here. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office. Vanessa the GM of this store will get what is coming to her. This is so wrong on so many levels. Not only that, I sold my previous set to ensure my family would have a place to sit tonight .....! Now we have a huge living space with no couch! I do NOT recommend this store ... you need to be more caring with your customer’s orders and diligent in getting their purchases like you call looking for payments !! Broken promises, horrible customer service and shady employees. Leadership / customer service training would do all of the staff here some good .... I will be taking my business elsewhere.
