What to Expect at This Store
Visiting a rent-to-own store is straightforward. Here is a general overview of what to bring and how the process typically works. Requirements may vary — contact Aaron's directly to confirm.
What to Bring
- Valid photo ID — driver's license, state ID, or passport
- Proof of income — recent pay stub, bank statement, or benefits letter
- Proof of residence — utility bill, lease agreement, or mail with your address
- Personal references — typically 3-4 contacts with phone numbers
How It Works
- 1 Browse in store — choose from available furniture, appliances, electronics, and more
- 2 Apply — no traditional credit check at most stores; approval is based on income and residency
- 3 Get approved — many stores offer same-day approval and immediate access to your items
- 4 Delivery or pickup — most stores include free delivery, setup, and ongoing service/maintenance
Typically included with rent-to-own agreements:
Free delivery and setup, service and maintenance for the life of the agreement, the option to return items at any time without penalty, and an early purchase option (EPO) to buy the item outright before the lease ends. Rent-to-own is not a loan or credit purchase. Specific terms vary by store.

The Silsbee location has lost our business and never return again. My wife was treated very rude by Carolina and when I brought this to the General manager Attention she sided with her employee. So for a business to stay in business they have to have customers so word of mouth and letting people know how they treat customers will hurt them more than anything. These two have cost Aaron’s business and sales . Bullying tactics don’t work
Had the worst experience ever in Beaumont Texas call Scott Scott called me to speak to me about it and did nothing. Absolutely nothing about it then try to credit my account for the inconvenience and the unprofessionalism did not even listen to the complaint tried to talk over me the entire time this is just sad.
I have purchased several thing from this store and I will always be a loyal customer. They have bent over backwards to make sure I have been able to make payments and work with me on all my stuff that I have purchased from them.Thank you so much for all your help Ms.Caroline and team
I wish I could give 6 stars everything was so pleasant. The CSR's are all nice and Kirk that delivered my ordered went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Aaron's was a great choice for starting my holiday.
Got a mattress from here 6 months ago. There's where the problem started. Upon delivery I see that the bed wasn't new as stated it was before I left the store,so i called the store and the RUDEST PERSON in the store began to tell me the mattress was new and basically calling me a liar. I told them I didn't want it until a mgr called me and told me he would sale it for 150 and that it has only been on display. Here I am 6 months later calling in to make my final payment and guess what? They tell me it added interest because my same as cash was over last month. With that being said I now owe ANOTHER 120 on a mattress I have paid 120 on already and only owed 30 dollars. Although when speaking with a manager last month he did tell me it would add just a little if I didn't pay it off he failed to inform me it would double. I will never do business with this company ever again nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone, yeah it's good when you don't have full cash to pay for something but this is just ridiculous. After a few corporate calls maybe they will help train their employees at a professional level and teach them how to talk to someone like they have half of an education and do something about how certain employees should have to act. Ghetto isn't professional.
