I had a wonderful experience with Rent-A-Center from start to finish. Amber was my salesperson, and she was absolutely amazing—friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and stress-free. The delivery team, Alex and AJ, were just as great. They arrived on time, were professional and respectful, and handled my furniture with care. They set everything up perfectly and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Overall, the service and delivery were outstanding. I truly appreciate the teamwork and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Rent-A-Center!

Amber, AJ, and Marcus were exceptional! Amber went above and beyond to get my family just what we wanted, and they delivered it same day! Marcus and AJ were friendly and made sure we enjoyed our setup and didn’t just bring and go, they were awesome

Amber was our salesperson and she was patient and made sure I got exactly what I wanted! Marcus and Aj were our delivery guys and they were excellent! They were friendly and made us feel comfortable during our delivery. I would recommend them a thousand times!!! All around excellent service

Everything was great. From the moment we walked in and knew what we wanted until they delivered the dining set, which is also great. There were very communicative and the gentlemen that set up the table after delivering it were polite and quick. Definitely knew what they were doing. Would 100% recommend.
