I got a refrigerator from here for my mother a few years ago and was never late on any payments. Mom passed away unexpectedly and I only had two payments remaining and I was in a pinch at the the time and explained to them I didn't want to lose that fridge I had spent a lot of money on already. They pestered me so much that last month I swore I would never ever do business there again. Sheeeesh

I have had the worse experience ever with this store, the managers are ruthless and lack humanity, worse mistake of my life I bought a refrigerator from them for $800 dollars I have paid them $2,500 dollars and they still keep bothering me for payment, they even have the heart to come to my house to try to collect they refrigerator or more money well guess what I will be paying a lawyer instead of paying you more money !!! This people are predators they pray of people who really don’t understand the terms of their horrible contracts. Specifically the Hispanic community. BE WARE and stay away from this place is a trap I will be contacting there corporate office also to make sure they understand what this people are doing to this community.

New service manager Noe is Cold to customers in person and over the phone. I have been in store and spoke to this manager and he doesn’t Acknowledge customers. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and the last time I experienced a manager this rude was in 1999. We all know, and understand that the merchandise is overpriced because you are renting to own, so it takes advantage of people who may not have the money or credit to purchase for a real store. However, We are still customers and still spending our money in this establishment, with the new manager Noe that has put in place to replace Carlos the store is going to lose a lot of revenue. I am seriously considering closing my accounts, and returning all merchandise.

I will be glad when I’m done paying off what I have in a couple of months. I have rented from this location more than twice over a period of 20 yrs and up until recently with my last and current purchase I Believe I’m being harassed and all of a sudden they tell me the rules have changed. I only owe about three more payments and they treat me like I’m a new customer who they can’t trust to make payments. I believe this guy has a personal vendetta against me and for this reason I will no longer rent from this location or any Aaron’s or even refer my friends/family. These people just love to harass their customers. I’m in need of some living room furniture and I would rather pay more at a different furniture store for my next purchase than to deal with the hassle and harassment from Aaron’s!!!!!

It's unfortunate that I feel I have to write a negative review. I've been a loyal customer of this store for several years, without complaint at all. I recently went in for bedroom furniture and was pleased to find they had what I thought was a good deal. Turned out to be a mistake. It started with the delivery, a very unprofessional experience. I felt uncomfortable in my own home with their delivery personnel. So much so I called to request they leave. All this and moreover, they delivered furniture that was broken. The unmasked, cursing, tired, aching, and complaining delivery men were unable to fix the bed and I'm still waiting on a replacement. This was almost a month ago. I was told I'd be receiving a new frame. I haven't heard a word or an update from Arron's since. I'll be happy to update this review on remedy of this situation.
