I have not had any accounts with BestWay for 8 (early 2018) years. I checked my credit report and it now shows I opened an account in July 2025. There isn't even a Best way near me! I tried calling but they claim I don't have an account. Then why is it saying that I just opened one?!?!

Shelbyville ky location the manger Kevin refuses to help with my account I pay the dam payment and he still calls me cussing me out saying his gonna call cops and take me to court DO NOT USE THEM

Paid a deposit online, they called next day stating i can only buy 2 of the 6 items i chose, mind you they didn’t have any items in stock & also would not issue me a refund! Spoke with supervisor he advised me to dispute with my bank.

I've been a very loyal client of Bestway on Village Lane in Shelbyville KY since 2017. I've paid off 4 or 5 things and always had good experiences, usually. They switched managers, and now it's just causing issues. I'm about to pay off this item in June or July that I made an insurance claim on 8 months ago. I've called store several times and it has been nothing but a run-around and excuses. Now they're telling me that I have to come in, sign an agreement, and an insurance document that says I'm paying for the insurance and the account is mine, despite the fact that $70 a week comes out of my bank account. They're saying that doesn't qualify as proof. I requested a refund for the last 8 months because apparently it's not mine, they refused. I have also asked them to stop payment until I get the issue resolved and the payment still comes out every week. I've reached out to the corporate office and the operator sends me to customer service. I've talked about my problem with customer service, and they said they were going relay the information to the district manager so he could call me about it but he never called. I then proceeded to call the corporate line again. They said they would get the information to the regional manager because this is repetitve problem and they should call back within 1 day, they also never called. I called again today to corporate-customer service and they said they would get it to the regional manager again and that he should call me back in 1 day. I have no doubt he will not contact me, and this issue will never be resolved. I'm stuck with a broken item that I've almost paid triple on, which I didn't care to do because of the insurance. At this point it's about the principle behind it. Guess my next step is to take this to the news or a lawyer.

Can someone please have the District Manager Mark contact me please?? I entered the location At Gus Thomasson, I was turned around several times after explaining this was my closest store. After Romero the sales guy finally began to assist, I did everything that was needed on my end. Romero and Derrick assisted every other race before assisting and completing my paperwork. Customers behind me were in and out before they even tried to assist me. At the end of the process Derrick asked for my payment without explaining any of the extra fees as he stated were a processing fee, insurance, and taxes. Also they were charging me from Saturday when they were not delivering my furniture until Tuesday!!! Derrick went over the paperwork with me and rushed through the entire process, not even really explaining it, just a sign here. Any questions I asked regarding paperwork was oh its just basic stuff. Fast forward to Tuesday the guys show up at about 6:40 pm to deliver the furniture. They were rude, sweaty and tired understandable due to it being the end of the day and I'm their last delivery. The guys take a few trips bringing the pillows up complaining about the stairs the whole time. Now it's time to bring up the couch, before they even attempt to bring up the couch they are complaining its too big its not going to fit and it's too many stairs. They never brought the couch near the stairs. Derrick advises me to pick a smaller set so I did the next Saturday me and the sales guy RUSTY at the Galloway store verified that this set is shorter in height and the arms ar way smaller, completely different fabric and everything. Derrick contacted me again and advised me that it was the exact same couch and size, which i know is incorrect, and advised me to come get a refund. I purchased the exact same couch as the first one from another store and it was just delivered 10 minutes ago with no problems, the couch costs more but hey I had no issues. 9/10/18 Was advised by Derrick the store manager that I would not be getting a refund because I picked out the second couch and it was also to small so it was my fault this time!!! A sales guy picked out the couch and compared both and advised it would be the perfect size!!!
