I have been with Aaron's for around 9 years. Maybe 8 years and have always gone excellent service. I know almost everybody by name and they know me. My name, which makes me feel really good. When I walk in there and they say good afternoon, Stacy that makes me feel really good. So go to aarons and get you a great deal. What are you waiting on? Go LOL.

I am rating you a ZERO!!! You should not be a manager! Not even at a lemonade stand! Signed contract and made the quoted payment on Friday. Riding lawn mower to be delivered on Tuesday. Well wouldn’t you know it, no Tuesday delivery. No courtesy call either! Called Wednesday and Thursday! Just to learn my payment was not correct and I would have to pay more money. The manager said she would call me back. No call! Well, Thursday I learned they didn’t have a riding lawn mower to lease. Because it was still in the repair shop. The riding lawn mowers in the store were sold. That experience is why you get a ZERO! I did not rate you 5 stars your website did that!

They need to hire more delivery drivers and get organized with their crew. I made my down payment and my one months payment and they didn’t deliver until one week later. (Mind you I suggested I pick them up myself ... but they didn’t allow that) And when delivered my washer and dryer were not installed correctly to where they didn’t work. I called to try to get that fixed and the gentleman was rude and saying he did not have delivery drivers till next week!!!! Worst customer service of Aaron’s I’ve ever received,,, and I’ve been to many . If I had the option to give zero stars I definitely would.

Miss a payment by couple days and they will call you and your references about 200 times. They are really freaking annoying. Disgusting customer service.
