I see why the most recent reviews barely got stars. Lol This place is a joke, rude, and unprofessional. I would give it ZERO stars if I could. Coming from someone who was with the company for 2 years as a sales manager I know how the whole process works. Got a Tv ordered for my brother who's in college. I called to check on it last week they were able to give me info and an update. Perfect, no problem. Today when I called again I was told by Emitt “why do you keep calling” . Words were exchanged. I called back to get his name and corporate#, the assistant manager provided the name after avoiding the first time I asked. Then proceeded to give me a fake corporate# so of course I had to call my location that I worked at just to get the right one ! They are true weirdos.

Whole place is a joke, saying I owe 163 but my account says 75 & at that it says I have a spiderman console which is definitely is not , do not recommend this place

Tried to get a washer and dryer with Aaron’s and just cuz my mom and sister have past history they are trying to connect it to me. Bad customer service from Eloy will report to hire management.

Chris is nothing but a liar. Fridge broke. Was told it was under warranty and it would be fixed. Turns out they will not cover it. But will let me starts new lease.

Chris the GM at this location said he wouldn't rent to me again because of my payment history I payed three days ahead of time every week. Yes I did lose my job and I sent it back bc I wouldn't be able to pay it they said that would be fine. Just for them to say now they wouldn't there just fat and money hungry this place is not what they put it out there to be such a shame
