This will be my third agreement with rent a center in pharr where Bobby and Lalo always provide the best customer service I can get making sure my account is managed correctly and never have trouble getting my deliverys and payments done on time. Very well recomended

Worst experience ever, store manager said my previous address was red flagged when I don't even live there , showed them valid proof of my current address , when I'm a new customer my social was never associated with any rent a center for me to get denied as a new customer , felt more like discrimination made me waist my time, ive been seeing the reviews and seems like a pattern already with the customers DONT COME HERE OR WAIST YOUR TIME

Don't waste your time they took my info for 2 days giving you hope cause I'm a delivery driver my money not good enough in your store I'm making 1200 a week not good enough so they discriminate if you don't have a normal 9 dollar an hr job I make triple than minimum wage easy and got denied after 2 days of him taking my info and talking to his manager Terrible service RENT A CENTER discriminates

The bed I have broke and you replaced it the next day. It would have been the same day but I missed the delivery person because I didn’t hear them arrive. This month I am going to be a couple days late with my payment. I sure hope you will be just as gracious with this matter.

Ms. Jackey their sales rep was very professional and courteous at all times. I had a few minor concerns regarding the delivery and setup of the furniture I ordered. Their delivery team addressed and corrected those issues in a timely manner.
