Do not go there no good customer service and they will say u never paid a bill watch ur money
First time in an Aaron’s and I will never return. The customer service I received was abismal. I was referred to go to either Walmart or Amazon for what I was looking for. The woman didn’t even try to make a sale.
apart from being bad quality, one of the the girl employees called my grandmother literally YELLING at her , do not recommend because of its service and its merchandise 😂
From 1-star to 4-stars back to 1-star. Seems not much has improved since I last shopped here. My tv is NOT 120hz. I wanted to call and see if there was something we could do to fix it but they never answer phones or Facebook messages. So I'm leaving a review AGAIN in hopes to get their attention. Also, make sure you tell your customer EVERYTHING they will need to receive the delivery. I shouldn't have to scramble for an ID because I wasn't informed I needed it beforehand. Thank you, hope to speak to someone soon.
This store is not trustworthy. When we first went in, they were very helpful. We got a recliner picked out, and "we carried it to our home in Wink". Then it hurt me to use it, so I called about returning it. No problem at all. They offered to come pick it up, but since it was in Wink, they chose for us to bring it back to them. We even helped unload it. When I purchased it, I told them I wanted payments due on the 15th, but when she rang it up, they were due on the first, so I went ahead & paid extra to have the payments due on the 15th. But when we returned it, only having it a few days, in the same condition except I forgot to dust off some dog hair, (only a few hairs, not covered or anything), he said they would not refund the extra money I had paid, even though it was returned before the first, and we drove 45min both ways, twice, getting and returning the item. We DO NOT RECOMMEND these folks. They lie and do not abide by their word. Even after I called and they said they'd take care of me. My husband was extremely unhappy with their service. He said to make sure to let folks know that they lie. Be careful!
