Affordable in orange is very rude , peep in your windows , when confronted they tell you they never came by, yet they left their calling card and were caught on camera and even after they deny and say they stayed at your door.then you try to get it replaced because its a lemon and dont work , they change your appointment 3 times in the same day without warning you and when you call them 15 min before they close they refuse to service you because your heated from being played , mistreated and insulted . Tryed passing through another store and was told only your local store can serve you. Im so done with affordable , they are a scam and should be investigated.we are filing a complaint with corporate!!! Think twice before losing you hard earned money in this store !!

I have been a customer of Affordable for several years now. They have a wonderful staff of people working there. They have always treated me well and I have never had any major complaints with anything that I have bought from them and the minor complaints that I did have were of my own doing (i chose something that didn't work for what I needed it for) and all I had to do is call them and they brought me out what I should have chosen in the first place and everthing was and is still great. I have bought from Large appliances, to Furnture and even electronics and I and happy with them all. I tell all my friends and family to use Affordable for any of their needs.

please dont buy here. i thought they were awesome at first but i was infested twice now with bed bugs. i thought it was something i did but i threw away a couch that i am still paying for and then now i am also paying for bunk beds and guess what again i am infested. I am so afraid to do any more business with them. I just didn't want to ruin my credit. There is a point where you have to be there for your family you can have it back and i will never order from you again. They are nice as long as you pay for your stuff. I ordered from conn's and i have had no problems

I ordered a chair and ottoman here. They are great quality. Holly was a big help deciding which chair I wanted. The staff was very nice. The showroom was set up beautifully. My chair was delivered and set up for me. I live upstairs, so that was a big help for me. I also purchased a laptop last year. I love it. Affordable in Orange is a great store. Mike and Holly are very helpful and if you need anything all you have to do is call.

Every time I walk into affordable I get the best care no matter what I go into the store for; making a payment, browsing or making a purchase!! Mike and Holly are the absolute best!!! I’ve been with affordable for years and I would never go anywhere else!!! I definitely recommend Darrell for deliveries as he is very well mannered and personable. If you’re looking to make a purchase you need to ask for Holly or Mike! Both of them are extremely knowledgeable and Holly is excellent with making what you vision come true!! I will never go anywhere else! Best crew around!!!
