Would give negative stars if I could . I rented a dryer from this location and the experience has been beyond frustrating. After I selected a specific dryer and signed the paperwork, I was later told that the one I chose was not actually available. Instead, I was given a lower-quality dryer that I did not originally select. A couple of months later, the dryer stopped working in December. From that point forward, I repeatedly requested service or a replacement. Despite waiting for months, no repair was made and no replacement was provided. Meanwhile, I continued receiving texts asking for payment on an appliance I had not been able to use since December. It took until February 28 for them to finally pick up the dryer — and it was never fixed. When I expressed my frustration, there was no effort to make the situation right. The General Manager showed no concern or accountability for how this was handled. The District Manager told me they would call before coming to pick up the dryer. Instead, there were multiple instances where they claimed they stopped by without notice and said they “missed” me. When they finally did come, they called at 8:30 a.m. and woke me up after I had already explained that I work late nights. I told them to come get it while I was home. I went back to sleep, and two hours later I received three calls in a row asking for payment on an appliance I have not been able to use since December. The only positive part of my experience was an employee named William, who was professional and helpful. Unfortunately, that was the exception. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience with poor communication, lack of follow-through, and no accountability. I would not recommend renting from this location.
I have to admit I don't have any credit because of I'm a victim of identity theft destroying my credit. This is absolutely one of the best places to go to for people with no credit it allows you to be able to get just about whatever you want or need you will pay almost double for some of the things if you pay it out they give you the opportunity to pay it off sooner and save a lot of money however if you can't it's still worth doing because you can get some really nice stuff and they are very professional and delivery is awesome and they said it up for you they take care of you that's why I give them a five I would give them 💯👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I forgot to add they run sales specials very good specials around the holidays and I'm going to take advantage I need a new refrigerator Happy trails and happy Labor Day
I was in a jam… My dryer broke and I needed to replace it THAT DAY so my kids could have clean clothes. I already was pretty down on myself that the dryer broke and was inhibiting my kids quality of life. I went to Aaron’s to find a quick easy fix to get a dryer and finish up with the laundry and move on. I talked to Alan. He took the time to listen to me, he reassured me, got me a gently used dryer that was more than competitively priced… Next problem, no delivery driver…. So I asked Alan if I could just move it in myself and he agreed. So not only did I get a dryer that day but I got it for 371$ that’s a steal to pay out over 120 days so I’m not dying making the payment and Alan helped me load it in my truck. All in all excellent experience and now the kiddos got clean clothes and I’m not broke. Good experience. I pray that whoever reads this… their dryer doesn’t just take a shit on them but if it does… Go to Aaron’s
I’ve been calling them since Monday in regards to a dryer that was delivered. The first phone call they said the manager would call. He never returned my phone call Monday I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking he would call Tuesday nope. I called again (2nd call) and i was transferred to the manager and was on hold for 37min!! Now 3rd phone call he was busy and couldn’t take my call. Now 4th phone call he was still busy. Called again for the 5th time and he was out delivering!! Still haven’t received a phone call. Ended up calling corporate since this manager won’t return my calls. I only had this dryer for ONE WEEK!
We recently bought a living room set from this store and is renting a washer dryer set. They were very friendly and made it very comfortable for me to decide on which one I wanted to get. They gave me information on every item I looked at which made it easier to decide. They even delivered to my apartment at the time they said. Honestly I didn't have any bad experience here. I actually brag about where I got my stuff to my friends and family. 😎😌
