Very nice people, however if you send something off for service, expect it to take a while. I sent a product for repair and it’s been almost 4 weeks now and they’re still “waiting for the part to arrive”, I’m still paying the monthly payment for a product I cannot use. If it’s taken almost a month for the part, who knows how long it will take for the actual service…lol

I'm very torn on this subject. I try to give people fair and honest opinions and I completely understand that life happens. Renting a washer and dryer, waited almost a week to have it delivered. Ok that's fine. The two ladies I believe their names are Heather and Shelly are so nice and helpful. But our first dryer was defective, so they took it back and next day, brought another one. That one was defective so they had to bring it back. The delivery man Ashton is absolutely amazing! He even came by after his shift to help us try and fix the first dryer. The staff are so nice, but it's very frustrating that we are paying money for a washer I can't use (no dryer) and a dryer that isn't even in my house. Every time I call through the whole ordeal to try and get any information on the dryer, they say they will call back. Never do. They were supposed to be bringing us another dryer today, and now they say they will bring it tomorrow. I haven't been able to wash clothes, I have no extra money for a laundry mat. It's been very disheartening. The staff I have spoken to are very very nice and I give them all 10 stars, but it's just very stressful when the laundry is piling up, and you are still paying Aaron's to wait and wait for a 3rd dryer.

Aaron's is the best furniture store ever I've been a customer for years for all of my furniture and appliances needs and I've never been disappointed the staff has always treated me like family. The staff are friendly and professional truly indeed I appreciate everything that they do for me at Aaron's. Keep up the awesome professionalism and don't forget to send out any updates on specials and sales lol 🤣🤣

Have been with this Arron's in Mt. Pleasant for years. They are some of the most amazing people I have ever been blessed to do business with they are family to me. I wish every store had the customer service that they show people, they are so kind they explain things to you so you understand, if you have questions they anwser them & not get mean & upset. Even when they're so busy they acknowledge you walking in the door with a smile. If there's a problem they will fix it. The store is ALWAYS clean & looks nice, I shop there rather than anywhere because of that service & I can trust them that the merchandise I get will be worth every penny, I recommend this store to everyone. Shelly y'all are Wonderful. Thanks to all of you
