This place is so unprofessional & the owner as well. I have been making payments on a couch set and an AC Unit I was a little behind on 1 of my payments, i tried to make a payment arrangement and they went to my house, making threats with the police. So unprofessional And we had was at $300 balance left! We’ll never do business with this place again. If you want to place that Has no respect for there customers. This is the place to go! Worse business i have ever dealt with. They don’t work with you, They constantly harass you at your job & home. And are very quick to make threats.

I was over well excited i gave a small deposit and excited they delivered same day ,,I'll keep my promise to pay my monthly payment , 🙏🙏

I loveeee buddys furniture!!! I never had an issue with them and i have been dealing with them for awhile! If you dont like buddys its probably because you didnt make your payments!

I have filed for harassment charges and lawsuit due to not picking up items I requested or taking a payment of any amount even know it's not what I owe they don't like to take items back me my mom had to drop her dryer off at store outside they wouldn't go to lajoya get it from her her name is Lisa Jerry is good tho

I ordered two twin bunk beds, with mattresses, paid my deposit by the day they said on the 23rd of april to hold my furniture until it came in, just so they wouldn’t deliver them when they said they would and i didn't even get a call rescheduling they close at 6 so i sent an email at 6:45 saying to just cancel my order on Saturday night and I called today to see if they had read my email and done the cancellation and they hadn’t even gotten to it. They said the driver had an emergency and I understand that but no one even called to let me know, I would have been fine rescheduling if i had just gotten a damn call. This is by far the worst customer service i have ever experienced.
