Aaron and Brittney are awesome everytime I come in they make sure I know of all the deals going on and have been so helpful with the stuff I’m looking for. Store is always clean and well organized. If I ever need something I can count on the mineral wells team to help me out

Mark at our Rent a Center helped us so nicely! He was really thorough, professional, and down to earth. He made our move to town and rental of furniture for our new home so wonderful. His personal touches and attention to detail and our needs was more than we could have ever expected.

I went there searching out some living room furniture and actually got a pretty good deal. When they told me what day they would be delivering I went ahead and set that entire day aside so they could come out, despite having a ton of things to do in town. They never showed up. I called that afternoon and was told that the lady, can't remember her name, mixed up the dates and it would be delivered in a few more days. So my day was completely wasted. Fast forward to the new day. Again, I set aside that entire day so that I could be there. I get a call in the afternoon asking me if they can deliver said furniture a different day because they were running really behind. At this point I'm really livid and almost decided to tell them where they could deliver it.....but, I gave them one more chance. So the day comes and I actually do get my furniture. However, when I set up my payments, I set it up for the bi-monthly payments since thats when I get paid. I told the lady (same one from before) that it needed to be on 2 certain days. Not a couple of days before either one. Yet, the last 2 reminder emails I've gotten have said my due date is earlier than what I said. I have talked to them 3 separate times now to fix it and it still isn't fixed. I will be making a trip up to see the store manager tomorrow.
