They are rude, very unfriendly, I would not recommend this company to anyone. They threaten to come get your stuff even when you make payments. When you do make a payment to them they put in the wrong amount. They do not know anything about their merchandise. It's frustrating to know that a big company would treat their customers bad. I do not appreciate being treated like this at all. Corporate will hear about this Monday morning first thing

I absolutely love Aaron's.I have pretty decent credit but since I started using Aaron's years ago it's always a place that I venture back to. This is the third store of actually dealt with because we moved from Georgia to Texas. Very helpful and courteous.

Brought me damaged furniture and knew before it left the store that it was damaged. Guess they hoped I wouldn't look it all over. Then to top it off, sold me a bed and mysteriously the box spring was left off of the paperwork and now I've been sitting here since 1:30 waiting on a box spring so i can go to bed. Their management did nothing except blame their employees for the problem. A real manager accepts responsibility and corrects the problem, instead General Manager Hector wanted to make excuses and blame his employees. No respect for that type of management. Have been a customer for years but this is the last time I get anything from Aaron's in Mexia Tx! After reading other reviews i realize this problem goes beyond your local store. Give them a bad review and you get the same canned response as all other negative reviews. Give them a good rating and to quote the response " you rock!" Idiots.

Have bought 4 things from this location two of the 4 have had issues with very little help from the person that is suppose to be the manager. I will never buy any thing else from this location and will advise anyone who ask me to stay clear.This location is giving a bad name in my book to your business. It needs leadership that has a little respect for the company and customers. I would give this location negative stars if it were a option

I ordered a TV they brought it to me Thursday. It was busted. They said they would replace it and call me the next day. Didn't hear anything. I called Saturday Morning they said they would bring me another new one. It is 7:30 on and no TV. I will cancel my contract and go to the competition.
