So been a long time customer for awhile now was hoping to spend 1600 to 1800 on a pc. They gave me a brand new one for 2100 I paid 100 down to make it 1996 on the payment I called today and all of a sudden the price went back up to 2168. Sad to say about to get a refund on the 100 and bring the computer back that I was going to pay off next thursday but since the prices like to be funny and go up and down its not happening first year I've had this problem and im done

It was a great experience looking for a washer that match my dryer.

Tried to obtain a washer dryer from this facility, they successfully charged my card twice but refused to deliver the product. I received notice that the product would arrive between 3-5 and waited as instructed. At 250 I received an email inquiring on the status of my delivery. I immediately called back and told them I had not received the order and was told that it was weird that I received the confirmation ahead of the delivery. The location then called me 3 additional times and hung up each time I answered. After each missed call, I called back and was told the order was not ready. The last call was received at 4:45 and was answered but no one spoke until the line disconnected for the 4th time. I called back within 5 minutes and spoke with the Store manager who advised that his driver was in the area but can no longer deliver the product. This is giving SCAM red flags, and I will report to the better business bureau. When I complained about the service and string of calls which were disconnected the store manager, Lazori advised that instead of rescheduling the call he is going to refund my order. I requested an email stating both amounts previously charged would be refunded but the rep refused and advised the process would take 6 business days. Please avoid this scam and just utilize Progressive Leasing to rent appliances versus dealing with the obvious criminals. I recorded the call and will share with their corporate office along with the BBB.

Unprofessional, gave me a delivery date and time and then called and said that my delivery will have to be delayed 30 mins before my delivery timeframe was ending because my table set wasn’t put together. Then called me back 5 times. When I finally answered, I was asked for a payment which was due the following week but the girl said that her manager said that I needed to pay it before my delivery. Keep in mind my first week payment was already paid when I placed the order, I just didn’t have the product in my home. I wouldn’t had a problem with making a payment but after being asked if the items could be delivered in the box without being put together and then rescheduled I refused. The manager also lied and said we talked about a payment before delivery which wasn’t true. Why would I make another payment before my payment due date? I was inconvenienced by leaving work early only to be rescheduled. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My wife reserved an electronic recliner before her surgery because she needed one to help her stand. We made the reservation and immediately started getting harassed by the assistant store manager, Ryan, for payments. Despite already paying for the chair before it was even delivered, we were constantly pressured to make more payments. We made FOUR payments before the chair arrived. Then, after it was finally delivered, the harassment continued—more threatening calls demanding additional payments. We repeatedly explained that we only wanted the chair for 4 weeks and had already prepaid for it. They eventually apologized and admitted the mistake, promising no further payments were needed. But that didn’t last. Soon after, the aggressive calls resumed. They wouldn’t let us speak, constantly talked over both me and my wife, and basically told us they didn’t care, claiming everything was in the fine print. When I told them to just come pick up the chair, they became even more hostile. I didn’t feel safe dealing with their aggressive attitude. To top it all off, they were late for both delivery and pickup. When they finally came to get the chair, the delivery guys dragged it out of my house because they were either too lazy or incompetent to lift it properly. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS RENT-A-CENTER. They are unprofessional, aggressive, and offer the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in any business transaction. Save yourself the headache and take your money elsewhere.
