Manager Gilbert is very rude and very unprofessional. He tells you one thing and comes out with something different. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. If I could give 0 stars I would not even a 1 star they deserve

The lady at the front was super helpful I got what I was looking for went in and within the half hour I was walking out. Got rejected at rent a center where they were rude to me and not helpful at all came here and the lady at the front made it super easy fast and was super helpful Thank you!

I just started an account in the mission store which is a hub of mcallen my payment was do...my first payment but was out of work for medical reasons. I called the store and ana told me it was fine to pay on 11/16. She has always been so nice. Today I received a missed call from mcallen store and I called back. Gave my name and man said I was past due. I tried to explain that ana said it was OK but he cut me off and said there is a reason why she is not calling you and I am. I told him he cut me off and I would wait for him to finish. He then said he was done with what he had to say. I tried to speak again and again he cut me off and said he was supervisor and I better pay by the 7th. I told him I would see what I could but he was horrible with customer service and should cut me off as we were trying to have a conversation I advised I was ending call and next time I called I expected an apology for his behavior. I then called mission and was told supervisor called her to yell at her forces she helped me with and that I did ask for an apology which he would not give me...horrible experience

Bad service horrible communication was told my product was about 30 minutes from my house it still haven't arrived it's been 3 hours still haven't received it go to rent a center if you actually want to recive your items I don't recommend Aaron's they just take your money and never showed up.since Friday they charge me and it's late Monday and still not here my washer broke and I had to. Rent from Aaron's They lie they would bring it faster and no they haven't last time I'm going with them if I would've saw there reviews I wouldn't gone to them but I really was in need of the washer bad service horrible

Terrible Customer Service! They aren't even trying to sell you anything. They give you a million obstacles you have to jump before even talking to you about the products they are selling. I'm not worried about my address on my ID. why are we talking about this? I'm not worried about applications until i find something that i like FIRST! I have money. I have great credit. I'm not worried about anything. why do ya'll make it difficult to want to buy from Aarons? Guess whos gonna end up getting closed down next? smh Also, you don't ask people when they get paid. their response was, "We always ask that question" well its RUDE and none of your business and has nothing to do with getting approved. The correct question is, "HOW would you like to set up your payments? Biweekly or Monthly?" Terrible sales reps. Terrible Manager.
