I sent a speaker in to be fixed they had it since the beginning of may still do not have a speaker which I'm paying right at $2,000 for with no loaner they've also had my husband's TV Sent in for repair and we have still yet to hear anything and it's been almost 6 months I've been renting from this place for a lot of years but I have totally lost faith in the business last time to rent
I won't necessarily say it's this specific store but Aaron's in general is slipping in a big way. Would def not recommend ordering anything online. It took 2 weeks to get my fridge delivered and 3 weeks later I am still waiting on my TV
Store never has what the website says send out promo and in the finest print don’t offer on all items if your a single day late they will blow your phone up all hours of the day or night dum to be at work and have six missed calls from them. Wouldn’t buy here
Andrea was exceptional from the moment we walked in the door! We were immediately greeted, and then given as much time as we wanted to browse! We were never rushed or interrupted. After we made our final decisions, she walked us through all of the rest step by step! She most definitely made this the easiest shopping experience ever! So, Thank You Andrea!
