I purchased a pre-lease living room set thinking that it was in better condition than what it was. It broke and it was a hassle to get anyone to come out and fix or make the transaction fair. I ended up sending it back and going with another store the Lufkin Store is just unfair and rude and customer service is horrible.

I just want to say that our lufkin aaron's Is awesome. I have never had a retailer go out of their way to help in the way they did.I have some serious medical issues.And when the manager found out and saw our struggles , They went above and beyond to help me keep my stuff and At the same time did not make me feel like a charity case. And I truly thank them for that. I highly recommend going in and just Look around the store and Give them first chance at whatever furniture appliances that you are looking to buy.

Great customer service. I'm always greeted when I enter. There are lots of items to choose from and the staff works with you for an affordable payment.

The people in the lufkin store are rude and unprofessional. They were very rude to my 76 yr old mom. And i have had problems every time I call to pay on my account. This store needs some lessons on customer service. It’s sad that I have to call corporate for anything to be done about them.
