HORRIBLE SERVICE!! and product. This is not the first time we have gotten products from here. We purchased a twin bed with foundation mattress and encasement. WE got a boxspring and mattress. That is it. They basically walked in and threw it on the floor and left. Called and management and Brad was like oh well ....that is what you paid for. They stole our refrigerator that was broken and said we told them to get rid of it. (Liars) Like they would pick up a refrigerator from us just to haul it away.They finally gave us a new one. Do not trust this store or the advertisments or the staff. If I could give it a minus 1000 I would. Now to the BBB.
They took very good care of me and even intervened with my current ex husband that refused to give me back the property that was solely in my name so that I was able to get what I needed. Lisa was awesome from the Lockhart tx store!!!
Have use twice and never a problem with the store. Did have one problem (auto system) but it was easily resolved. Would recommend. Usually have good cash deals too
I'm not one that likes rent to own purchases but my family and I needed a washer and dryer ASAP. I ordered both last Monday, at that point the very nice manager Jennifer reassured me that the truck would arrive on the following Monday with my washer and dryer on it, that is a whole 7 days, okay. Monday came and the truck never arrived (not her fault, I get it). So Tuesday came around, I called, the truck is there with my items but they don't get delivered. Know it's Wednesday, day 9, I call and first they tell me it will be delivered between 12-3. Now, at around 2 pm I thought let me just call and make sure. Now, guess what, it seems that they put me down for a 3-6 delivery 😭😭😭😭 when I know he told me 12-3! I have patience, but my husband doesn't and I am having to deal with him. Next time, if there is a next time, I'm going to shop in the store and not online,
If i could give a 0 stars i would. Too bad this town so small there is only one here. Since we been there customer we've had 3 tvs that didnt work a remote that was chewed on like by a dog a remote that didnt go with the tv. And each time my husband goes to pay the bill they try and over charge us 10$. I wanted to get couches and a bed but its so ridiculous that this company dont communicate with customers. We had a loaner tv they tell us they are bringing us a tv today. Well havent seen them so i called and they said they forgot. But we had a loaner. I mean if the other location forgets to put our tv on the truck the least they can do is make a courtesy call to inform the customer of the delay.
