Aaron's

We ordered our couch set November 28th and have multiple issues since. We were told they would be delivered Monday Dec 8th, on that day we never received a call so I took it upon myself to get an update. We were told the Aaron’s delivery truck didn’t arrive on time, which was understandable considering the holiday, and our couches would be delivered on Wednesday Dec 10th. Wednesday came we never got our delivery. We called Aaron’s again and were told they would get delivered on Friday Dec 12th. On the 12th we received a call from their delivery team stating the wrong couches were ordered and that’s what they have in the truck. He said we can accept them or they can order the correct ones, but we would have to wait again for them to be delivered. We decided to accept them. The delivery process went fine, they were very professional and get everything set up for us. After the delivery team left, my husband examined the couches and noticed our recliner set is broke. One seat does not recline and the back part of the other seat is broke. My husband immediately called the Aaron’s store and notified them. A member came out the next day and confirmed the recliners were broke and they would have to order a new set. Since Monday Dec 15th we have not received a phone call from Aaron’s to give us an update. My husband has called multiple times and he was given the same response “We have a truck coming in and will let you know when we can deliver” It is now Dec 26th and I called to speak to someone above the manager, the manager spoke with me briefly and told me she refused to speak to me because i am “rude” and have an “attitude” and hung up on me. Shortly after the regional manager called me to address the issue. I am extremely disappointed in the way the each person we have spoke to has handled this. There is such a lack of accountability and no one was able to just give us a straight answer. I have never had such horrible service with a business in Levelland and will not purchase from them again.

I live by myself with my 2 kids, but because some random person who doesn’t even live at my house or I even know. Used my address apparently and because that person has terrible history with Aaron’s, I’m black listed and can’t rent anything. Cool, so anyone looking to rent. Make sure some random person also hasn’t used your address or they won’t rent to you either.

I love my washer machine and my new 2 and couch 🛋️ I got . Love that they make small payments for me. I can't wait to get my washer machine paid off so I can look in to buy me a new recliner 😊I'm very happy with Aaron's furniture store in Levelland Texas

I have been a customer with Aaron's for the last five years. Joann and her staff are always helpful and accommodating in regards to late payments and assisting me in finding nice quality furniture with in my budget. Joann has even called me in the past if she knows I am need a particular item and they have one in stock. I would recommend Aaron's of Levelland to anyone that is looking to purchase furniture or appliances for their home.

The staff is amazing been a customer since Vision. Never had a problem Joann & Staci are always willing to help you out when your in need with the best deals and savings. Very understanding when it comes to late payments when needed.
