I love Aaron's furniture they have beautiful furniture the only problem is they don't give you any receipt they only tell you how many payments left like ok but j need a paper to see how much my payoff is they don't really know they have bad customer service but other then that furniture is great hopefully I can see my payoff cause I think biweekly payments are high .
Their staff not clear on balances and management sucks as well their ppl do not explain and can't keep their word was gonna give em less stars but eh it's an eh type of business just gonna finish paying my stuff and its a bye never again
I absolutely Love Aaron’s I’ve been renting to own with them since the late 90’s I’ve never had a problem with delivery or set up. The payments options are great and reasonable. Staff is very attentive. All Rockstars

Almost two months and i havent gotten one single call to see if my issue was resolved... not everyone has the time to go in and fix the mess this "new" management is doing.
Store manager and associates needs to step up and come up with a plan to provide better customer service.

I got a laptop because I needed it for school. Sadly I had to return it due to losing my job. After I returned it I was told everything should be good to go. Cut to 2 weeks later I was charged the bi weekly charge for having possession of the laptop. I called and was told to wait in line then the Rep. Hung up. Called again and then my issue was "fixed". Cut to 2 weeks later the same charge was done. I contacted them again and finally it was "fixed". However, I didn't want to risk it so I just changed banks and got a new card. Honestly, never again and I haven't been the only one with this issue. So honestly just go to a different place to get something in payments. Just go to like RAC or idk Conn's?
