I have been a customer since it was Rent To Own. I don't know what happened, but customer service has become horrible. I paid a washer and dryer set off recently. The washer went out, they picked it up to be serviced and sent it to Samsung. Samsung said it was not possible to repair and sent a brand new washer. They did not send the base to it. I have gotten nothing but lies and the run around by management. 3 months now, and still haven't returned my base that I purchased. I don't think I will do business with Aarons anymore. They are great when they're trying to sell you something, but when you pay it off you become nothing to them.
This is the worse place ever. I will never ever get anything from them. Got a washer and dryer not even a month old the dryer stopped working. Informed them they said Samsung will be out the next day and they would call me with a time. Never got the call the next day, I had to reach out to them and come to find out the work order wasn’t put in. I called the next morning and barely they put in the work order and informed me it would take a couple of days to schedule something they would call and set up a day. Calling up there is a joke they never want to answer the phones or you get hung up on. You pay so much for the stuff and they just act so nonchalant about getting it fixed. DON’T GET NOTHING FROM THIS PLACE. IF ZERO STARS WERE AN OPTION THEY WOULD DEFINITELY GET IT
If I could give this place a ZERO star review, I absolutely would. They call you a thousand times a day, the day of your payment. God Forbid your late.. They even call FAMILY members that are, no longer leasing with them, call people that have prior CLOSED accounts that are not on the Refence call list I gave them, and call Prior CLOSED accounts JOBS, that they were defiantly not given to call. In hopes to get a message to me. I know when my bill is due, and it will be paid, as it always is. I have sent emails, after emails to the customer services support and NOTHING is and will NEVER be done about the most rude, unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. I understand everybody has a job to do. However, Walking up on customers with their CHILDREN in their arms or by their side AT NIGHT and AFTER HOURS at that, is not only unacceptable, It's Creepy. DO BETTER!
I got a bed from them, and within a month. The side had collapsed where I fell. I got a second bed within a week that bed fell. The third bed fell almost immediately. I just can't wait to get this bed paid off. So I can get a decent bed somewhere else
Awesome as always. Great service, everyone is amazing NOT ANYMORE!! All they care about is the money especially when it comes the last payment. And I have been dealing with this store since it opened. Then you get someone with an attitude like I just did. I will NOT make my last payment to her. I will call corporate office and make my payment with them. I AM DONE WITH AARON'S !!!!!
