Always Satisfied with the staff they are always willing to help and make us feel comfortable. Moses the top dog always finds way to work with us even Stephanie. By the time I purchase my furniture the next day I'm receiving it. A big shout out to my SON Adrian for referring me to RAC because if not I would of went to AARONS and from what I heard they have bed bugs disgusting. Thanks staff for everything y'all do and I'll continue to be getting things from y'all once my things I have is paid off we are looking into getting a bedroom set!

My daughter in law bought furniture... It's look pretty but we noticed it was a little dirty it had little spots and a little tear but we assume maybe it was customers that sit on it a few days later we happened to see two bugs and I looked them up online and it was a bed bug.... Then we looked inside the cushions they were filthy with food and all kinds of white stuff stuck on it they didn't tell my daughter-in-law that she was getting used furniture ..... I've never had bed bugs that's the nastiest thing in the world I can't believe Aaron's gave it to my family and now we're suffering I plan on getting an attorney

Rudy and his team are always efficient and very helpful. So helpful that I purchased 2 beds from them today. Needless to say, we were very satisfied and will get my items by tomorrow evening.

Absolutely the worst possible customer service I've had. No calls from the drivers for deliveries. When I didn't get my delivery I called the store and no one knew that it didn't get delivered. Then was transferred a few times out on hold for about 20 mintues. Someone finally picked up but then hung up the phone right away.
