I have bought a lot of things there and they are outstanding..And the store manager is awesome

Under new management, we experienced a serious billing and authorization issue at this location. My mother has been a long-time customer and has never enrolled in AutoPay. Despite this, money was withdrawn from her bank account twice without her consent. When we spoke with the store manager, AutoPay was removed, but no clear explanation was provided. After escalating the issue, higher management showed screenshots indicating that a “YES” response authorizing AutoPay came from a phone number that does not belong to my mother. We have documentation showing she did not consent to AutoPay and that the authorization did not come from her. This raised serious concerns about billing practices and account security. We do not recommend doing business at this location.

Me and my husband went to get couches for our new home from here, winter was amazing at helping us pick them out and got everything set up for us super quick and easy and has been a great help with anything we’ve needed 10/10 if you plan to get anything from here ask for winter.

What a pleasure it has been to work with Tim, the Kaufman TX Rent-A-Center manager! He has been so helpful in helping me, and my home stager, find furniture that would make my real estate listing stand out to buyers. Tim jumped through hoops to find pieces in surrounding stores and to get them picked up and delivered quickly, he even helped deliver and set up. Unbelievable service! I would recommend this store over any other rent to own furniture store and will surely use them again if I need rental furniture to stage a home.
