They have great service. Katrina and Fabiano helped out my husband and were very patient with him and all his questions.

I have paid off 2 Washer and Dryer’s from Aaron’s and soon as I paid my last payment they stop working. This time it is the Washer that has stopped. Never again. But this is not the biggest issue I also have furniture that is almost paid off I only owe $200 but the service l was given this pass week l will not be buying anything from this Aaron’s again. Alex the manager was nice until l said the furniture as been over paid and I don’t want it anymore. He was okay until l said l didn’t want any other furniture that he offered me. Got mad and slam the phone in my face. Now they are taking forever to pick it up. I’m done with them he could have handled it better I probably would have got something else in the future but because of his behavior I’m done. Cause I even called back to speak with him right after he hug the phone up they said he was to busy to talk to me. I don’t have time to play childish games with you Alex’s. Also not sure if I’m saying or spelling his name correctly but I do know he’s the manager there.

I have been a customer of Aarons for a few years now and I have had good experiences with them. I think Aarons has a good variety of items and they work with you on payments. I tried another company and I would not go back to them. I hope other people have had good experiences as well. Thank you.

I absolutely would NOT rent from this place. The manager Axel is horrible, horrible, horrible. I received an extension due to financial difficulty from Hurricane Beryl and was granted the one-month extension. However, continuing to face financial hardship, I requested the merchandise be picked up prior to my next month's due date and he refused to have the merchandise picked up until I provided a payment. This is bullying at it's finest in trying to force me to make a payment which will not result in additional money and fees charged to my account. I am forced to seek legal counsel as I refused to be bullied into paying money in which I don't have and keep furniture I am no longer interested in keeping.

As a loyal customer, I will not be financing through this company ever again. So unprofessional, they kept overwhelming me with so many calls just desperate for the payment before it’s due. Just finished paying off my son’s switch and was charged more after being 2 days late. That’s not customer service. I will go to a better financing company that does value and appreciate their customers and not harass them everyday with calls and emails. Again, as a loyal customer, as stated in your email, I shouldn’t have to go through that. That’s not customer service. Will not be also recommending this establishment to anyone else. You don’t even deserve this one star.
