I would give zero stars if possible they literally stole my money I called them December the 22 2025 and told them the person no longer lives here come get your stuff and take me off auto pay well so they took me off well yesterday January the 7th 2026 money was taken off my card from arons and they are saying that they can't do anything about it because it wasn't auto payment which is full of crap do not go to arons they stole my money

We have been customers of Aaron’s since October of 2022 with no issues until they went under new management in July 2024. I would not even give them one star. They harass us if our payment is a day late. They stalk my house & the guy that comes to knock on doors makes me very uncomfortable. He tried to block me from going in my house when they saw me outside. They call my phone 12+ times a day & they refinanced my refrigerator without my permission. Since new ownership, this place is horrible! My merchandise was almost paid off but I would rather them have it back than me have to deal with them! 0 out of 5 stars! Terrible customer service!!!!!

We had a bump in the road with one of the employees but Jeff. God sent . He completely handled everything so prompt beyond helpful . And even made my delivery date sooner than I was told . I highly recommend going to Jasper Aaron's for your financial furniture needs. Thank you Jeff
