My Agreement was canceled after continued requests for documents that were not clearly explained. Julie, who referred to herself as the manager, handled my application. She asked questions that wasn’t related to my application at all. I was also asked to pay a light bill that was only three day past due, which felt unreasonable. The experience here was frustrating and unprofessional the manger here really needs to be replaced

I’m So Over Whomever The New Store Manager Is At This Location The Company Will Fail If Continued To Allow This Person Be The Face Of This Location! BRING BACK CONNS!! I’m taking my 9 YEARS OF LOYALTY ELSEWHERE! I Can’t Allow The Negativity Of This Store To Continue To Ruin My Days I Cant Even Start A New Account As Soon As She Gets On The Call I Know It’s Going To Be The Worse Day After.

Been doing business with RAC and bought several items since 2020. Always a positive experience and the new manager goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. On time delivery, good communication. Ill continue to go back.

They’re willing to work with you if you miss a payment. There’s been times when I missed my weekly payment and they accept my next payment when times get hard. Sure there is a fee but it’s not much especially with the economy. As long as you fulfill payment they will work with you.

The New Store Manager Is Completely UNPROFESSIONAL! To Call My Phone Back To Back After I Disconnected The Call on Her As I Am Dealing With A Family Loss And Tell Me She’s Checking Me For Not Having A Conversation As An Adult I Have Been A Customer With This Company Since 2017 & Since 2017 Had Maybe 7 Late Payments OVERALL On My Account Speaks Volumes About This “New Store Manager” I Will Be Contacting Corporate About This As My Payment WAS NOT LATE I Was Not Disrespectful But Did Not Care To Speak With Whomever The New Store Manager Is I’m Sure It’s Another Company Who Would Love My 8 YEARS Of Loyalty! With On Time Payments This Is SICKENING To Even Have Someone Like Her In A Position To Represent This Location Paula Was AWESOME At That She Did!
